401-K Announcement

Due to the continued underperformance of two mutual funds offered in the 401-K core offering, there will be a change made effective September 15, 2010.  The Fidelity Advisor Mid Cap  will be replaced by the Eaton Vance Atlanta Capital SMID-Cap and Oppenheimer Main Street will be replaced by Lord Abbett Fundamental Equity.  One hundred percent of the investment dollars allocated to Fidelity Advisor Mid Cap and to Oppenheimer Main Street will be transferred to Eaton Vance Atlanta Capital SMID-Cap and Lord Abbett Fundamental Equity, respectively. All future contributions will be directed to these new funds as well.
